This position is an excellent opportunity for graduate students in BACB-approved ABA programs to acquire BCBA supervision hours, deliver direct ABA therapy, and advance their careers in autism treatment and behavioral analysis. Your Responsibilities Include: Supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians providing autism therapy. Delivering one-on-one ABA therapy to clients during staff coverage gaps. Assisting with behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, PEAK, AFLS, Vineland) and program design. Maintaining accurate behavior tracking logs and ensuring compliance with BACB standards. Collaborating with Clinical Directors to support daily operations. Job Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree and enrollment in a BACB-approved master’s program. A minimum of 1 year of experience in autism therapy, applied behavior analysis, or behavioral analytics. A valid driver’s license, clear background check, and Central Registry Clearance.
