We offer 13-week travel contracts and provide assistance to find housing, navigating licensure for each state, and being the liaison between you and the facility. Overview: Setting: OP; LTC/SNF; HH Pay Package: Starting at $1350 per week Guarantee: 36-hour weekly guarantee Schedule: Flexible; Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm - No weekends, holidays or call Start Date: ASAP Length: 3-6 months+ Responsibilities: Help patients stretch and exercise certain muscle groups Read instructions from Physical Therapist Work directly with Physical Therapist to assist patients Speak with families to find best at-home techniques Keep physical therapy clean and organized Move patients from wheelchairs or walkers to physical therapy area Teach patients techniques like balance training Qualifications: Graduation from an approved school of Physical Therapist Assistant Valid state Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure CPR Certification Valid driver's license Must be able to pass a background check Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in skilled nursing and/or outpatient settings preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply Benefits: Health, Dental, Life, Short-Term Disability, and Vision insurance options 401k with employer contribution 7 paid holidays Extensive Professional Development program including: Unlimited CE courses through MedBridge Residency programs through Evidence in Motion with employer contribution Financial assistance for specialty certifications Mentorship program to support you no matter where you are Why Work with Us?
