Our Responsible Level 3 is responsible for the training, approval, and certification of the responsible level I, II and III’s within the company. Developing, qualifying, and approving procedures, techniques, interpreting codes, standards, specifications, and procedures, as well as designating the NDT methods, techniques, and procedures to be used.
