Through this temporary position, you will have the opportunity to: Assist our members with their banking needs. Respond to member requests, problems or complaints in person, on the phone and by e-mail. Use the sales process to identify and recommend Credit Union products and services to members based on financial need. Create professional and lasting relationships with members of the banking industry. Participate in community related activities. Attend regular branch meetings. Attend training opportunities. Work on projects as assigned. What will you learn from this experience? You will... Learn the Magnifi Financial member service standards and gain experience working with members in a professional environment in person and on the phone. Gain experience processing financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Learn the ins and outs of Magnifi Financial’s products and gain experience working with financial institution products and procedures. Gain experience maintaining a cash drawer. Learn about the Magnifi Financial sales process and gain experience selling and recommending products and services and making referrals to other departments. Learn about deposit accounts as well as deposit compliance and industry regulations, including but not limited to BSA, Reg D, Reg CC, etc. and gain experience applying these regulations. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent or actively pursuing a high school diploma. Communication and relationship building skills, including the ability to positively reflect Magnifi Financial’s image in the community and the marketplace. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities with minimal direction. Schedule: Summer 2025 (May/June – August). End date to be determined upon offer. 40 hours per week. Typically between 8 am and 5 pm; Monday through Thursday, with rotating weekends – Fridays until 6 pm and Saturdays 8 am to noon. Salary Range: $16.31 to $24.46 per hour. Salaries vary based on factors such as location, internal equity, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role. PT Day, Evening, and Weekend hours Flexible hours Free PACC Membership if hired Age 16-18 (in High School) JOB SUMMARY: To assist the PACC Supervisor and Community Education Staff in providing a welcoming atmosphere for members, patrons, and building users. Provides support to the PACC Supervisor to maintain a safe and clean environment for all users of the building. ASSIGNMENT: Part time Days, Evenings, and Weekends MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY: 40% Cleaning Duties A. Assist with mopping, sweeping, and overall cleanliness of Fitness Center/PACC B. Assist with dry mopping and sweeping of PACC, wrestling room, and multi-purpose rooms C. Assist with lobby cleanliness (wiping tables, windows, garbages, etc) D.
