Minimum 2 years of experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). Demonstrated Critical Incident Response (CIR) experience in organizational settings. Proven training delivery experience in corporate or professional environments. Experience in corporate settings with knowledge of workplace dynamics and organizational culture. Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required. Ability and willingness to take on-call rotation. Tech-savvy: very comfortable adopting new technologies and platforms and efficient in tech-related tasks. CEAP (Certified Employee Assistance Professional) credential preferred. Experience in global or multinational corporate environments preferred.
