Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurance Southern Missouri Community Health Center is seeking an energetic, compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to work at our West Plains Clinic located at 1137 Independence Drive in West Plains, Missouri. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, possibly some late days ending at 6pm. No weekends! The NP will assume responsibility for quality of healthcare services while delivering direct patient care. NP will participate in community activities that support the mission of SMCHC which is to provide access to quality, affordable medical, dental, and mental health care delivered with respect and compassion to all individuals in need of such services. The chosen candidate will receive 9 paid Holidays, and accrue 22 days of PTO per year. SMCHC pays 100% of Medical, Dental, base Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability and Medical Malpractice Insurance through FTCA. We also offer CEU leave and allowance, paid professional and association dues, and participate in the Student Loan Forgiveness program. Additional voluntary benefits are available including dependent coverage, vision, accident, voluntary life, short-term disability, critical illness and hospital indemnity. 401K with a 5% match of gross wages.
