What you will do As a Field Service Engineer/Technician, you will: Provide installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance services on Tetra Pak Equipment while driving continuous improvement at the customer's plant. Execute hands-on preventative and corrective maintenance activities to optimize system performance. Conduct troubleshooting and fault-finding services on site and remotely. Collaborate with customers to build and maintain a positive, ongoing relationship, while also addressing and follow-up on their concerns and issues. Oversee production and provide training to customer personnel on the operation of Tetra Pak equipment. Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak standards and requirements regarding product quality and food safety. We believe you have A technical or engineering background, and/or relevant technical experience. Ideally, some knowledge of automation systems. Mechanical experience, including knowledge of processing and packaging, will be considered as an advantage. Prior experience with Tetra Pak equipment is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required. Must be open to extensive travel within the US and Canada region.
