We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support one attorney in a personal injury general litigation practice. This onsite role involves managing case documentation, maintaining deadlines, and assisting with litigation support tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable handling large volumes of legal documents in a fast-moving environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage active litigation files from lawsuit filing through trial.Maintain litigation calendars and track court deadlines.Prepare and file pleadings, motions, notices, and subpoenas.Coordinate service of process and court filings (state and federal e-filing).Draft and assist with discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production,and requests for admissions.Review, organize, and summarize discovery responses and deposition transcripts.Obtain, organize, and summarize medical records and billing statements.Prepare medical chronologies and damages summaries.Schedule and coordinate depositions, mediations, and hearings.Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and court personnel.Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.Maintain organized case files and update case management systems.Support settlement preparation and case closing documentation.RequirementsFour-year degree preferred.5+ years of relevant legal or administrative experience.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.Excellent grammar, proofreading, and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large documents.Ability to pass background checks.Compensation$45,000-50,000Excellent benefits.
