Logan Health Cut Bank is seeking a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to support our rehabilitation services team in delivering high-quality care to both inpatient and outpatient populations.In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and help implement individualized treatment plans for patients with a wide range of needs. You will play an important role in helping patients recover safely, improve function, and return to daily life with greater strength and independence.What You’ll DoAssist with the implementation and progression of individualized treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical TherapistProvide physical therapy treatments in accordance with established care plans, department standards, and scope of practiceSupport care for a variety of patient populations in both inpatient and outpatient settingsDocument treatments accurately, including therapy units billed and time associated with patient careCommunicate patient concerns, changes in condition, and treatment updates promptly and professionally to the supervising Physical Therapist and care teamRespond effectively to changing patient needs and daily workflow demands while maintaining a calm, organized, and patient-centered approachHelp promote a safe, efficient, and supportive rehabilitation environment for patients and colleaguesMinimum QualificationsGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant programCurrent Montana Physical Therapy Assistant license requiredCurrent BLS certification or ability to obtain within six (6) months of hireMinimum one (1) year of experience preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with familiarity with electronic medical recordsStrong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively and maintain cooperative working relationships with patients, providers, and staffAbility to work well both independently and as part of a teamWhy This Role MattersThis position supports continued access to timely physical therapy services for patients in Cut Bank and the surrounding area.
