Job Description: Assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs that improve or restore human motor functions, maximize movement ability, relieve pain, and treat or prevent physical challenges in patients. Participate in the development of treatment plans, carry out routine functions, document the progress of treatment, and modify specific treatments in accordance with patient status and within the scope of treatment plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, and other health care professionals to provide the highest standard of care. Educate patients and their families about health programs and maintain clinical records and documentation as required. Utilize specialized therapeutic techniques and modalities to enhance patient recovery and outcomes. Education and Certification Requirements: Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current PT license valid in Montana. Previous experience in critical access settings with exposure to ED, Med Surg, and LTC is highly desirable.
