As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for answering questions and discussing product offerings with potential and existing clients to help meet their unique needs. You'll coordinate your own daily sales activity, complete personal insurance reviews, figure and present quotes, and submit changes on existing policies.We are a hometown agency serving the greater Westby/Viroqua area. This is the primary role of this position.Cross-Selling: Enhance clients' coverage by identifying additional insurance opportunities that benefit them.Policy Management: Accurately process new policies and manage policy changes and renewals.Customer Service: Address inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and review coverage proactively to ensure clients are well-protected.Provide personalized, professional customer service experiences while building trust and developing strong customer relationships.Respond to customer inquiries regarding coverages, billing, claims, or products by following established agency processes and procedures.Processes changes to existing accounts and policies.Schedules appointments with existing or prospective clientsPerforms daily administrative functions to assist the agency owner and other team members as needed.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's licenseDemonstrated customer service experience, 2 years of experienceEffective communication skillsExperience with PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer/Edge.)Solid knowledge and understanding of basic mathematical skills.WI Property and Casualty insurance license or the ability to obtain licensing within 30 days of employment. We will reimburse the cost of licensing classes/tests after 6 months of employment.
