Jouw rol als Projectleider Als projectleider bij Hamlet ben je vanaf de eerste ontwerpfase tot en met de uitvoeringsfase betrokken bij onze projecten. Je fungeert als teamleider en belangrijkste schakel tussen opdrachtgever, architect en het engineeringteam. Leidinggeven aan het projectteam en zorgen voor een efficiënte samenwerking. Ontwerpen van structuurplannen, stramienplannen en plattegronden. Het toetsen van het ontwerp en gebouw onderdelen met oog op houtbouw specifieke eisen. Adviseren van opdrachtgevers over alle ontwerpfases en hen tijdens het ontwerp- en bouwproces begeleiden. Coördineren tussen esthetische en technische aspecten, zodat ontwerp en techniek naadloos op elkaar aansluiten. Representeren van Hamlet tijdens designteam-bijeenkomsten en bij de opdrachtgever. Plannen en bewaken van het gehele ontwerpproces, van haalbaarheidsonderzoek tot de uitvoeringsfase. Wat breng je mee? General Description: Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Specialist will perform a full range of duties within the areas of confidential and complex technical and administrative duties. This includes maintenance of personnel records; supporting the recruitment process, filing and preparation of related correspondence and reports; and providing information and assistance in person and on the telephone to College employees and the public regarding personnel matters. Serve as back-up in the absence of the HR Director. Essential Duties of the Position: Provide support for the Director of Human Resources in all areas. Key all new hires into E-Verify and maintain all I-9's including retention and purging. Report new hires to the State of NC. Process background checks on all new hires and communicate results to the appropriate supervisor. Maintain organizational charts. Maintain job descriptions for all full-time positions. Assist employees with open enrollment and serve as liaison to arrange benefit representative visits during open enrollment. Prepare and complete New Employee Orientation. Assist with enrolling new employees in benefits and processing benefit changes. Maintain an adequate supply of employee benefit resource material. Create new employee files and file documents into appropriate employee files. Responsible for ensuring all employees have official transcripts and verifications on file and provide a copy to the appropriate person. Process employment verification and state service forms/requests on current and past employees. Manage employment listings and vacancies including creating requisitions, advertising, and posting positions on internal and external websites and manage applicant files. Follow the process through an online applicant tracking system (ATS), monitoring qualified applicants, answering any questions from applicants, and communicating the progress of the hiring process to the HR Director. Set up interviews. Prepare interview folder for the Interview Committee. Attend and monitor interviews when needed. Maintain Position Vacancy documentation including retention and purging. Evaluate applicant qualifications and make recommendations for interview to the President, appropriate Vice President, or hiring supervisor. Minimum Education and Experience: Associate degree in Business, Accounting, Office Administration, or related field required. Two years of experience in Human Resources with a strong focus on employee relations, benefits administration, and employee onboarding preferred. Knowledge and understanding of state and federal employment laws and regulations preferred. Excellent customer service skills required. Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. TRAINING & ADVANCEMENT Those entering aviation programs must first attend Officer Candidate School (OCS) in Newport, RI, and then complete a six-week air indoctrination course at Naval Aviation Schools Command in Pensacola, FL. From there, prospective Pilots and NFOs attend primary flight training. Pilots and NFOs then request an aircraft pipeline and enter the intermediate phase of flight training, which builds upon basic flight and navigation training. The final phase is advanced naval flight training, focusing on mission specifics. After completion, Pilots and NFOs are awarded their "wings of gold" and report to their respective Fleet Replacement Squadrons (FRSs) for further training specific to their aircraft. Promotion opportunities are regularly available but competitive and based on performance. It's also important to note that specialized training received and work experience gained in the course of service can lead to valuable credentialing and occupational opportunities in related fields. EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES Following your initial flying tour as a Navy Pilot or an NFO, you can attend the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) in Monterey, CA, where you may be able to earn a master's or doctoral degree while being paid full-time. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS A four-year degree is required to work as a Navy Pilot or Naval Flight Officer. Candidates seeking an Officer position in this community must have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution in a technical field. All candidates must also be U.S. citizens, willing to serve worldwide, and qualified for sea duty.
