We are hiring RBTs in Siler City! Daycare Service Location/ Day Hours Are you a dedicated employee with a huge heart, love children, and with a great work ethic? What will you do as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)? Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)s provide intensive one-on-one therapy to children with ASD Implement behavior acquisition and behavior reduction plans Conduct stimulus preference assessments Collect data Maintain client's program book Develop/create teaching materials Provide basic care to the clients (e.g., toileting, eating) Discuss client's daily progress with parents/caretakers Work with BCBA to implement individualized goals and checklists Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients Maintain technical and professional knowledge with continuing education Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Valid and active RBT credential number on the BACB website Previous experience working with children; ASD experience strongly preferred Must be at least 18 years of age High School diploma or equivalent Reliability- ability to work a consistent schedule throughout the week Access to reliable transportation To complete the physical demands of the job (frequent sitting and standing, sitting on and getting up from the floor, kneeling, bending, and running with children) you must be able to: Stand and move for at least 75% of the day; lift, push, pull up to 40 pounds Benefits may include but are not limited to: Paid sick time off 401 (k) subject to eligibility requirements Free CEUs Access to fun discounts: movie tickets, amusement park tickets, hotels, and more!
