The Night DSC Production Analyst , working under limited supervision, is responsible for documentation, coordination, and optimization of production activities through the use of software toolsets. The role performs complex tasks related to the analysis and optimization of production wells and facilities. The role implements a systematic approach to monitor well performance and utilizes production data analysis tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies associated with underperforming wells. The role is responsible for incorporating new data into DSC process and demonstrates intermediate/ advanced skills in the application of relevant software packages. The role mentors and supports team members through technical training, leveraging technical expertise to address challenges within DSC production. The role is pivotal in optimizing production operations, maximizing asset value, and driving operational efficiency within E&P operations. •Ensures quality control on well and facility remote monitoring software (values, data, and reports) and monitors daily run time and optimization parameters of artificially lifted wells and related facilities through remote software. •Provides pertinent production related data to various teams including production, automation, and management when needed. •Collaborates with engineers, optimization operators, and lease operators concerning well/facility optimization and work activities and coordinates, hosts, or participates in route/well reviews. •Leads, prioritizes, and completes complex, concurrent projects aligned with team/division goals, following project management standards, and demonstrating organizational consistency. •Addresses underperforming wells in collaboration with lease op, optimization operator, foreman, and engineer and participates in collaboration on bottom hole designs for artificially lifted wells with foreman/engineer. •Analyzes reports related to production: off reports, well/facility equipment top and bottom percent productivity reporting. •Mentors employees, providing technical training and support, while demonstrating extensive technical knowledge and originality in devising solutions to complex business and technical issues in DSC production. •Identifies and analyzes producing well alarms, ensures set point and end device changes during inspections/workover are accurate and streamed alarms are correctly set and functional, and optimizes and troubleshoots well setpoints (for automated wells). •Leads integration of new data into DSC process and demonstrates intermediate/advanced skills in the application of relevant software packages. •Champions data quality efforts, creating sustainable reports, and recommending innovative solutions, and demonstrates acumen through extensive knowledge of business principles, industry practices, and standards in DSC production. •Coordinates, hosts, or participates in route/well reviews, coordinates proactive fluid level shots, and ensures data from corrective repairs are accurate and being streamed. •Incorporates new data into DSC process and is involved in innovation of new ideas and tools. Education: •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or any other related discipline and/or commensurate work experience is required. Experience: •0-3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or any other related discipline, otherwise 9+ years of relevant experience, preferably in E&P Operations specializing in areas such as Production, Completions/ Workover Processes, and Artificial Lift, Rod Pump, Gas Lift, and/or Plunger Lift Operations. or a related field. Industry experience is preferred. JOB SUMMARY Inspects and maintains various electrical/electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, analyzers, measurement, control and automation systems, and related equipment. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Install, operate, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate/adjust, and maintain the following equipment including but not limited to: Calorimeters Gravitometers/Densitometers Chromatographs Telemetering systems Moisture analyzers ESD systems Electronic odorization systems Flow computers PH and conductivity probes Instrumentation Meter tubes and orifice plates Satellite equipment Analytical equipment Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system and remote terminal units and equipment Distributed Control System (DCS) Programmable Logic Control (PLC) systems Perform preventative maintenance and/or analytical testing on compressors/engines, drivers, and auxiliary equipment. Maintain electrical power circuits, switch gear, and power distribution. Install and maintain security/intrusion systems. Drive and ensure maintenance is complete on company vehicles. Maintain and/or prepare reports and/or records including but not limited to: Maintenance and repair records Safety and environmental reports Mechanical drawings Electrical schematics and diagrams Pressure readings Material and supply orders Loop sheets Responsibilities may include Department of Transportation (DOT) covered functions, including operations, maintenance, or emergency response on a pipeline.
