Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThis position is responsible for the overall flow of patient care; assist providers with patient care, scheduling, examinations, and performing miscellaneous reception and office duties in connection with referrals, appointments, ordering supplies, etc.ResponsibilitiesConduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes.Maintain accurate patient records using EHR systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations.Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.Educate patients and families on health management and support services available.Northland Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center serving urban and rural communities across North Dakota.
