The Compliance Officer – Deposits reports to the Director of Bank Compliance and is responsible for assisting with the management of the Tompkins’s Compliance Management System (CMS), to ensure the bank is in compliance with its policies and procedures with banking laws, rules, regulations including, but not limited to, Regulation CC, DD, E, Overdraft Programs, Privacy, Garnishments, UDAAP. The Compliance Officer – Deposits will serve as a representative of the Compliance team, internally and externally, and will regularly collaborate with key stakeholders to help Tompkins achieve business goals within board-defined risk parameters.
