Instrument Repair Technician

POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking an Instrument Repair Technician to provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in the maintenance of store inventory. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of repairing instruments and basic knowledge of product offerings. Key Responsibilities: Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship Maintain store-owned gear as requested Complete warranty repair work Additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Skilled understanding of repairing instruments Preferences: Foundational product knowledge on available instruments Benefits: We offer a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, mental health support, paid time off, employee discount program, and tuition reimbursement.
