Business Unit Controller

Oversees the coordination and preparation of financial analysis and provides management with vital information for decision-making. Job Responsibilities Provides strategic financial leadership and support for the assigned global business unit(s) and/or location(s). Partners with business unit and company leadership to develop strategy and long-range planning, leading the financial planning process. Recommends mitigating actions proactively to help achieve business results. Analyzes and reports on business performance using trend analyses and data analytics. Leads business analyses to identify opportunities for improvements. Conducts monthly financial analysis of the business results, coordinating with regional and local teams. Ensures compliance with company accounting and financial policies, enabling technology to manage risks and improve financial processes and systems. Maintains a strong environment of internal controls. Performs managerial responsibilities including hiring, coaching, performance management, and departmental budgeting. Education Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
