Serving more than 1,100 individuals and families across the Greater Capital Area, we work to remove barriers, create opportunities, and foster meaningful community connections.Position OverviewThe Behavioral Home Direct Support Professional serves as a community connector, supporting individuals through community mapping and intentional engagement to promote social inclusion. This role focuses on building relationships, identifying strengths, and expanding opportunities that support each individual's growth, safety, and integration within their community.DSPs promote abilities-not disabilities by helping individuals build meaningful connections with family, friends, and community members while encouraging independence and personal development.QualificationsEducationHigh School Diploma or GED requiredExperienceExperience in human services or working with individuals with disabilities preferredAdditional RequirementsReliable transportationValid driver's licenseProof of automobile insuranceCompensation & Benefits$1,000 Sign-On Bonus$500 paid at hire$500 paid after 6 monthsSign-on bonus applies to new hires only.
