Job Description Job Description Prep/Line Cook – Cinco’s Cantina (Dover, Epping, Rochester, NH) Join our fast-paced kitchen team and help us serve bold, flavorful, and authentic Mexican food! Position: Full-time or Part-time Location: Dover, Epping, and Rochester, NH Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience What You’ll Do: As a Prep/Line Cook at Cinco’s, you’ll be a key player in our back-of-house team, responsible for: Preparing and cooking menu items according to Cinco’s recipes and presentation standards Working various stations (grill, fry, prep) efficiently and cleanly Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace Communicating clearly with team members and FOH staff Supporting smooth kitchen operations during peak hours Assisting with prep work, portioning, and inventory as needed Following all food safety and sanitation standards What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook (Spanish language skills and Mexican cuisine a plus, but not required!) Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to learn and grow with us Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends Why Work at Cinco’s Cantina?
