This role supports both established production and new product introductions, with a strong emphasis on improving Quality, Delivery, Cost, Safety, and Morale.Key ResponsibilitiesImprove, stabilize, and document manufacturing processes in a regulated environment.Implement lean methods across machining and secondary operations.Conduct root cause investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions.Develop tooling, fixtures, and equipment to enhance efficiency and cost performance.Support new product launches, process validations, and material evaluations.Create and maintain standard work, work instructions, and technical documentation.Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to optimize designs for manufacturability.Contribute technical input for quoting and new business evaluations.QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.4+ years of experience in a relevant technical role within medical device manufacturing.Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.Experience with metals machining and/or metal finishing processes (preferred).Familiarity with lean manufacturing and new product introduction (preferred).Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. xowvosu Working knowledge of ISO requirements, FDA regulations, and GD&T.
