Unit Overview: Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit where you'll care for a diverse and complex patient population, including: Post-operative care for procedures such as craniotomies, AVMs, and tumor resections Spinal surgeries across cervical, thoracic, and lumbar regions Care for hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients within our Comprehensive Stroke Program High volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients along with medical overflow cases As part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII), our unit offers exposure to advanced neurosurgical techniques and cutting-edge care. What You'll Do: Provide coordinated, evidence-based patient care using the nursing process Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compassionate care Utilize clinical judgment and communication skills to support optimal patient outcomes Enhance the patient experience throughout their care journey Why Join Us?
