Summary The Technical Accounting and Reporting Manager is a senior-level accounting professional responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Company's corporate accounting and financial reporting functions, including quarterly and annual SEC filings. They ensure compliance with accounting standards, manage accounting operations and systems, and lead the corporate accounting team. Key Responsibilities include: Lead quarterly and annual SEC filing process, including financial statement and disclosure preparation and review. Oversee and implement the Company's accounting policies, prepared and maintained in accordance with US GAAP Conduct accounting research on specific transactions and document conclusions in an accounting memo. Develop presentation materials for global U.S. GAAP accounting training sessions Support external audit and review procedures. Manage and develop direct reports. Experience 5+ years of experience in management and or leadership roles Previously held technical accounting positions Deep knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting Familiarity with forms 10-K and 10-Q Experience working in a large, complex multinational, automotive, industrial or manufacturing experience preferred CPA qualification Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred Leadership Qualities Can lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team of finance and accounting professionals Able to communicate complex finance and regulatory information to a wide audience Comfortable presenting at executive level Ability to deliver at pace in high-pressure environments Why join us? Job Description Summary Manufacturing Technician is responsible for the production operation and preventative maintenance of manufacturing equipment of the seal and scribe production processing steps. Scribing of glass X-ray imagers to modality specific processing size. Hermetically sealing Scintillator by dispensing epoxy adhesive onto aluminum graphite cover and fixturing to cure. Lamination of pressure sensitive adhesive onto X-ray imagers. Prepare and maintain inventory of consumable materials. They will be collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams including engineering, EHS, QA, and other production teams to achieve site goals. This role is for 3rd shift, Monday PM-Saturday AM 10:00pm-6:30am and qualifies for a 10% shift differential. Job Description Key Responsibilities Performs manufacturing and maintenance work from detailed work instructions and operational method sheets. Maintains daily production output with accurate records of the work performed and other records as may be required by management. Make limited decisions within the confines of quality and safety approved procedures, with guidance. Mainly performing production work and may be dependent upon others for non-standard work. Flexibility and adaptability expected. Setup and operate measurement equipment Complies with all EHS, Training and Quality procedures and policies Perform routine troubleshooting of process or equipment. Brings equipment irregularities to the attention of the supervisor. Use Lean tools to improve established processes and metrics in daily work. Participates in Action Workouts and Kaizen events. Make acquired skills or knowledge available to others; train others on manufacturing processes. All other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Associates degree in Applied Sciences (or local equivalent 2 year degree/Technical Certification) from an accredited college/university. OR a High School diploma (or GED local equivalent) and 2 years technical experience in relevant industry. Proficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical information. Demonstrated ability to work well with general direction and information. Demonstrated proficiency to utilize computerized work. (Proficient in MS Office Suite) Effective verbal and written communication skills with teammates, management, and across functions. Being able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Ability to work in a clean room environment including wearing the required PPE for long periods of time. Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process. Demonstrated experience working in quality-controlled environment, specifically FDA-regulated medical product manufacturing or another relevant environment. Demonstrated strong problem-solving / equipment troubleshooting skills. Mechanical, facilities and/or maintenance experience. Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
