Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and are subject to change at management’s discretion: Interviews, hires, trains and supervises all personnel involved with Public Space; Schedules all Public Space Attendants two weeks in-advance, to ensure proper coverage of all service with maximum quality customer service and maximum efficiently at all times; Plans, assigns and directs work duties for Public Space Attendants; Approves time for payroll daily; Address team member issues and resolves conflicts in a timely manner and according to IMGR&C policies; Maintains expenditures tracking to ensure department budgetary goals are being met, and that cost are controlled as efficiently as possible; Handles any customer conflicts when they arise, maintaining quality customer service at all Times ; Prepares and conducts Performance Appraisals on team members; Develops and maintains good working relationships with vendors for supplies when needed, and contracts for these supplies at the lowest possible cost; Establishes standards of cleanliness for all areas of responsibility and assure these standards Are met and maintained; Sweeps and mops entry floors and clean entry glass doors; Dust and cleans baseboards, ceiling and floor vents; Cleans ash urns, take out cigarette butts and trash; Empties and cleans trash cans inside and out; Vacuums stairs and hallways carpets and dust and clean stairway rails; Checks hallways for marks and smudges and cleans up if any, clean and dust hallway furniture clean hall doors, wipe mirrors, windows and window sills; Cleans and vacuums guests room area elevators, clan threshold and tracks of elevators; Wipes and dust vending and ice machines; Clans and sanitizes public areas restroom (commodes, sinks, floors); Keeps supply closet neat, clean and well stocked; Replaces dirty or wet floor mats; Ensures all public space areas are maintained, clean and comfortable for guests; Assist in getting supplies from purchasing; Assist with moving heavy furniture for housekeepers; Performs other duties as required; Adheres to all regulatory, departmental and IMGR&C policies and Supervisory Responsibilities N/A Education and/or Experience Requirements Meets IMGR&C Values that are reflected in the letters A-P-A-C-H-E, Accountability, Productivity, Acceptance, Communication, Hospitality, and Enthusiasm.
