If you have residential construction experience and are eager to use your strong organization and communication skills, APPLY NOW! Essential Functions: Organize and schedule appointments and meetings. Maintain contact lists. Maintain computer and manual filing systems. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc. Write customer project contracts. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Take accurate notes during customer meetings. Reply to emails, telephone messages, or face-to-face inquiries. Provide polite and professional communication. Review plans and specifications in detail to understand the scope of work and potential expenses. Assist with preparing cost estimates - Use contract bids, quotes, and other information to estimate costs for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracts. Ability to organize job tasks for multiple customers simultaneously. Develop and maintain relationships within the residential construction communities. Complete documents on time, such as construction bids, customer proposals, and change orders, etc. Qualifications: Residential construction experience is preferred. Carpentry, framing, post-frame construction, or equivalent experience is preferred. Basic Computer Skills are required. Strong mathematical skills are required.
