Position Details: Full-Time Hourly Position starting at $16.00+ DOE, along with comprehensive benefits. Available AM & PM shifts. Located at the Inn & Spa at Loretto in Santa Fe, NM. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager and/or Supervisor to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and team members at all times. Welcome guests by sharing the unique story and inspiration behind our accommodations. Deliver exceptional service while ensuring guest confidentiality and comfort. Provide expert recommendations on hotel amenities, events, local attractions, and dining options. A friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask while remaining composed. Proficient with computer technology, capable of quickly learning reservation management systems and MS Office for document handling. Flexible to work varied hours, including weekends, holidays, and late nights. Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift/push/reach/carry over 25 pounds as needed. 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred, particularly in high-volume hospitality settings.
