Construction Site Supervisor

Navales Enterprises, Inc. ( N-E-I ), in business for thirty-eight (38) years, seeks a seasoned Construction Site Supervisor to support a CCTV system replacement at the Lovelock Correctional Center located in Lovelock, Nevada. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Oversees total construction effort including overall planning, management, and execution of work, including the accountability to deliver the project within scope, budget and schedule. Acts as Project Safety Program Coordinator, supervising site activities, ensuring safety protocols and project completion requirements. Manage work schedules/staffing and workflow, ensuring subcontractors understand expectations of the project for timeliness, accuracy and quality, including resolution of site conflicts regarding the sequencing of work and unforeseen conditions. Oversees management of construction site materials, orders and deliveries. Submit regular progress updates/reports for incorporation into master plan/schedule. Ensures project document control/management in accordance with contract requirements, policies and industry standards. Required Knowledge and Experience: Education: Associate degree or higher (bachelor’s preferred) Work Experience: Minimum seven to ten (7-10) years of direct commercial and/or industrial building construction and management experience with systems installations and complex integrated security systems including access control, CCTV, digital video recording, intrusion, intercom, perimeter and other special systems integration.
