Based out of our Ava, MO office, you will have the chance to work with a diverse team and contribute to the success of our plants financial and operational results. Come work in a small personal setting with big company benefits. **AS A FINANCIAL ANALYST YOU WILL:** + Develop, validate, analyze, and report the plants financial and operational results. + Update financial reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. + Prepare and analyze financial, operational, and statistical reports on the performance of various business units and departments. + Assist in the development of new spreadsheets as needed. + Answer questions regarding financial reports used to support the plant. + Capture KPIs to track the progress of actuals/forecast/budget goals. + Work cross-functionally to improve areas that are not achieving objectives. + Perform analysis and investigations, truly understand the business activities behind the results. + Teamwork Actively participate in the team and provide feedback and solutions; listen and respond constructively to others' concerns. + Alignment to Values - Consistently demonstrate values. + Assist as primary backup for all payroll functions during the payroll coordinators PTO. + Carry out other duties as assigned. **REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:** + Required Education: Preferred bachelors degree in finance/accounting or associate degree with experience. + Prior experience with Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) + Office environment onsite required, not available for remote or hybrid. + General working hours are M-F 7:30 am-4:00 pm with 30-minute unpaid lunch. Limited overtime may be required at times. + Physical Activity: The analyst will be required to perform prolonged periods of work on a computer.
