Responsibilities: Warmly greet patients and visitors. Answer phones with professionalism and care. Schedule and manage patient appointments. Handle copays and balance dues efficiently. Maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Engage with children and families with a pleasant and friendly attitude. Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in a medical office; pediatric experience is a plus. Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR); experience with AthenaOne is a bonus. Multilingual skills, especially Spanish, are highly valued. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand or stoop for extended periods. Some mild physical labor and occasional heavy lifting (e.g., infants, toddlers). Exposure to various medical elements, including blood and chemicals.
