Summary The Warehouse Associate will assist with transporting product, warehousing, and inventory management. Hours are M-F 7:30am - 4:30pm. This is an onsite position only. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Receive shipments including but not limited to unpacking product, entering information into computer system, and distribution Organize product and stock in appropriate areas. Package and ship outgoing product. Maintain and update UR computer inventory information. Maintain receiving and stock areas to storage and handling standards. Conduct inventory audits and investigate inaccuracies to completion while offering solutions and recommended adjustments to inventory records. Operate forklift as needed. Comply with United Radio's policies and procedures, and quality systems. Promote and adhere to the United Radio Core Values Perform related duties as requested. Level of experience is determined by position being considered for based on departmental needs. Required Skills/Abilities Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Basic understanding of mathematical concepts. Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability and desire to learn new skills. Detail oriented. Ability to work independently as well as with a team. Prioritize duties and responsibilities appropriately. Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated hourly rate between $18.00 and $20.00. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
