Warehouse Operations Supervisor -2nd Shift The role of the Operations Supervisor is to organize the storage and distribution of products. The Operations Supervisor will also be involved in transportation, strong quality control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of products. You will also lead a dynamic team and oversee all aspects of daily operations in a fast-paced environment. Our Team enjoys a comprehensive benefit package and competitive salary. Major Responsibilities:Manage Process flowContinuous improve effortsEnsure assembly capacity meets shipping schedulesAssist in coordinating inbound, outbound, and shuttle transportation functionsCoordinate with scheduling to meet customer demandAbility to work with cross functional teamsInventory Control and Cycle countsWork directly with team to maintain and improve damages, efficiencies, and processes.Maintain and Facilitate Safety ProgramsMaintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, training, and safety records.Ability to manage 20 to 30 employeesMaintain staffing levels needed to meet obligations, including the screening and selection of qualified employees.
