The Day To Day Role: As a Direct Sales Representative at Summit Business Group, you will have the freedom to plan your own work schedule and set your working hours each week. Because your primary goal is to establish connections with business owners and key decision-makers at small and medium-sized businesses within your sales territory through in-person sales calls, the hours that you work should/will reflect times when these businesses are open. Cold calling business to business. Unlike traditional office-based roles, you will spend the majority of your day out in the field, cold calling using our Custom Salesforce CRM, building rapport with potential clients, and delivering compelling product presentations. You will be expected to close sales during your initial meetings or schedule follow-up appointments for closure. As part of your role at Summit Insurance, you will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships through prompt and effective communication. This includes responding to client calls, texts, and emails, addressing their inquiries, and providing guidance throughout the claims process, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience during their time of need. Overview Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LPN administers compassionate care by maintaining standards of nursing practice and creating positive therapeutic relationships with patients/families. Encourages team members and supports their contribution. Supervises; PCAs, PCAs/US, ED Clerical/PCA, CRSS and/or Techs. Responsibilities Performs basic and/or advanced nursing tasks, as appropriate for the department/unit. Provides and documents patient (significant other) education based on physical, behavioral, psychological, developmental, and age-related factors, after identifying barriers to learning. Records and reports to the RN all observed abnormal and/or significant findings, including but not limited to symptoms, abnormal drainage, reactions, responses to treatments, medications, and changes in the patient’s condition. Documents all patient care activities and/or observations according to policies and procedures. Supports care team with the patient discharge process. Collects and documents data on each assigned patient on an ongoing basis, including but not limited to the normal systems review, behavioral, psychological, developmental, and age-related factors. Specific ages: neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric. Assists in performance improvement (PI) activities by serving on PI teams as warranted, assisting with PI measures, and supporting and implementing changes necessary for improvement.
