Onze opdrachtgevers zoeken communicatiedeskundigen die adviseren over een effectieve dialoog en die helpen om de communicatie te organiseren. Voor dit werk willen wij twee senior communicatieadviseurs aannemen. Wie ben jij? Je hebt goede adviesvaardigheden, inlevingsvermogen en omgevingssensitiviteit. Je doorgrondt complexe onderwerpen snel en je vindt omgevingscommunicatie boeiend. Je bent analytisch sterk. Je haalt de kern boven. Je hebt oog voor de commerciële kant van het werk: je weet projecten uit te bouwen en vervolgprojecten binnen te halen, en je onderhoudt je eigen netwerk actief. Je voelt je medeverantwoordelijk voor ons bureau en spant je graag in voor de ontwikkeling van Tappan. Je hebt een communicatie-opleiding op academisch of hbo-niveau (of een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring). Je hebt 7 tot 10 jaar werkervaring als communicatieadviseur met ervaring binnen de publieke sector. Werkervaring bij een communicatiebureau is voor ons een pré, net als ervaring met omgevingscommunicatie. Kennis van data-analyse en socialmediamarketing is een pré. Je werkt met name als adviseur omgevingscommunicatie in projecten van bijvoorbeeld Rijkswaterstaat, een gemeente of een grote aannemer. Je hebt daarin een rol als senior-adviseur en als projectleider. Als projectleider ben je eerste aanspreekpunt voor de opdrachtgever. Je werkt samen met de redacteuren, ontwerpers, collega-adviseurs, filmmakers en animatoren van Tappan. Je kunt je binnen Tappan op veel vlakken ontwikkelen: je werkt mee aan strategie-ontwikkeling, je adviseert en je werkt mee aan de uitvoering van adviezen. Dat doe je in veel verschillende opdrachten, in dit geval vooral op het gebied van de infrastructuur, ruimtelijke ordening en mobiliteit. We werken voor publieke organisaties in de brede zin van het woord. Denk aan ministeries, uitvoerende organisaties, provincies, gemeenten, woningcorporaties en verzekeraars. In ons werk komen we allerhande maatschappelijke vraagstukken tegen. Veel vraagstukken staan in het teken van (gedrags)verandering. Our state-of-the-art facility is SQF certified. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven, Marketing Manager, to join our team. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Develop and implement strategic marketing and promotional plans and forecasts to achieve corporate business goals and objectives for products and services. • Lead and supervise the workflow of other team members in the department. • Participate in the research and development of new products. • Work closely with the R&D department on the modification of existing products and termination of ineffective products. • Gather and analyze customer feedback. • Plan and conduct market research as well as focus groups to gather feedback on new product concepts and existing products. • Establish and maintain a unique product voice throughout all product lines and promotional materials. • Outline and manage the marketing department’s annual budget; monitor and track costs to deliver on budget. • Plan and oversee advertising and promotional activities, including print, electronic and digital media. • Perform media buys required to promote companies' products and agenda. • Define and manage digital marketing for all brands, ie., social media, e-mail/sms, website. • Work with Senior Sales Manager to drive the sales function by cultivating relationships and executing the company's sales strategies. • Monitor the competition including marketing activities on a regular basis. • Establish and maintain relationships with select industry influencers. • Supervise, review and approve all corporate sponsorships and donation requests. • Represent the company at trade shows, trade association meetings, etc., to promote products. • Interact with other departments and key personnel to ensure that all marketing goals and objectives are realized. • Perform other job-related duties for Caribbean Food Delights and/or any of the related companies, as assigned and as unilaterally determined by Caribbean Food Delights.
