Job Description Job Description Job Summary Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to independently handle the maintenance of a 91-unit townhome community, The Trails at Mariemont. Pay and Benefits $24-$29 commensurate with experience Full-time (M-F 8:00-4:30 with some flexibility to be slightly earlier or later); on call every night and weekend, with arrangements possible if needed to be out of town (on call emergencies average 1-2/month) Medical, dental, and vision benefits with employer contribution Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) match Mileage reimbursement Profit-sharing program Professional development reimbursement Discounted rent at Birgo properties Responsibilities Track, manage, complete, and document maintenance work Make repairs including plumbing, drywall, painting, electrical, and HVAC Plan and complete turnovers/make-readies Identify and execute preventative maintenance Carry out inspections Maintain grounds Oversee inventory, materials, and PPE Vendor management Maintain amenities including outdoor pool (can be trained, will be reimbursed for Certified Pool Operator certification) Support large capital projects Coordinate with the property manager to track budgets, expenses, and vendor payments.
