La proprietà ha avviato un importante progetto di crescita che condurrà nell’arco di alcuni anni al raddoppio di fatturato. Il contesto è quello di una azienda con solide radici a Parma e forti valori che l’hanno sempre contraddistinta nel rapporto con i propri collaboratori. Il ruolo In un'ottica di potenziamento della struttura produttiva, l'azienda è alla ricerca di un Responsabile Acquisti che assicuri l'approvvigionamento in linea con le esigenze produttive, garantendo l'ottimizzazione qualitativa, quantitativa ed economica degli acquisti. Il budget attuale degli acquisti è in costante crescita, con un parco fornitori distribuito in Italia e all'estero. La posizione risponde all’Operations Manager. Le tue attività Svilupperai il piano degli acquisti, assicurando canali di fornitura capaci di soddisfare i fabbisogni produttivi sia dal punto di vista quantitativo che qualitativo. Definirai le politiche di approvvigionamento e le scorte di magazzino, gestendo i parametri dell’MRP. Gestirai le negoziazioni e la contrattualistica. Coordinerai un team di due buyer. Viaggerai per trasferte, anche all'estero (Cina, India, Europa). Utilizzerai strumenti di Office Automation e Power BI. Focalizzerai l'attenzione sulla costruzione dei KPI. Potresti essere la persona giusta se Hai una preparazione tecnica adeguata, preferibilmente in ambito meccanico (lavorazioni meccaniche, metallurgia, carpenteria). Hai maturato un'esperienza significativa in ruoli analoghi all’interno di contesti industriali strutturati. Possiedi una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. Hai familiarità con il sistema SAP, moduli MM (preferibile). L’azienda offre: Contratto a tempo indeterminato con inquadramento al livello Quadro.
