Key Selection Criteria The successful applicant will demonstrate: A strong commitment to the ethos, values, and mission of Catholic education. Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school (or a willingness to obtain). Proven ability to plan, implement, and assess effective and engaging teaching and learning programs in line with the MACS Vision for Instruction and Vision for Engagement. Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment. Commitment to ongoing professional growth and reflective practice. A passion for building a new school community and the resilience to navigate the challenges of a start-up environment.
