Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTraining/Base pay rate of $17.00 per hour. The Base Pay increases by $.50 at 60 days of employment.We have a Guaranteed Hourly Rate of $20.00 per hour upon completion of training through your first 9 months. This allows time to build your bonus and commission skills. If your post-training base rate, plus bonuses and commission don’t bring you to the Guaranteed Hourly Rate, we will increase your pay.
