Notre département d’informatique est responsable de fournir une assistance à la clientèle informatique chez BP et d’apporter le support nécessaire en vue de la migration vers SAP. Les principales responsabilités du titulaire sont: Assurer la performance optimale du système et l’intégrité des données; Gérer la sécurité des données, contrôler les accès et le respect des licences; Collaborer avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes TI et affaires à chaque étape de façon à répondre aux objectifs d’affaires dans le respect des meilleures pratiques; Assurer le support auprès des utilisateurs, diagnostiquer et proposer des solutions aux problèmes soulevés et enregistrer les incidents et demandes de changements; Documenter les éléments techniques, les procédures et les éléments de formations et les maintenir à jour; Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe TI interne et les partenaires externes sur les divers projets et initiatives; Rechercher activement des opportunités d’ajouter de la valeur par le biais de rapports et d’analyses; Définir les accès requis en fonction du rôle et des tâches de l’utilisateur en collaboration avec les gestionnaires. Le/la candidat(e) retenu(e) aura les qualifications suivantes: Gradué(e) en informatique au niveau Baccalauréat; Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience pertinente, de préférence avec SAP; Connaissance des bases de données SQL et extraction de données; Connaissances de la suite Microsoft, particulièrement Excel; Le candidat doit être rigoureux et minutieux. Relevant du Gestionnaire de maintenance, la personne sera responsable de la planification de maintenance préventive ainsi que de la planification des arrêts planifiés ( shut-down ) pour l’exécution des travaux d’entretien, de réparation, et des modifications. Description du poste Planifier, préparer, modifier et programmer les tâches de maintenance préventive dans SAP Maintenance de façon à respecter les dates pour atteindre la conformité; Animer les rencontres de coordination avec les ingénieurs, les superviseurs de maintenance et de la production afin de préparer et coordonner tous les arrêts planifiés, incluant l’arrêt majeur une fois par année; Travailler étroitement avec les superviseurs et les ingénieurs de façon à fermer la planification régulière; Planifier les ressources nécessaires (main d’œuvre, pièces, machinerie spéciale etc…); Faire les réquisitions d’achat pour les pièces, ressources et services de maintenance; Être responsable des processus de mise en bac et des réparables; Codifier dans SAP Maintenance les pièces de rechange essentielles; Faire le suivi auprès des fournisseurs pour les demandes de prix; S’assurer de capturer les améliorations possibles et la bonne mise à jour des plans d’entretien dans SAP Maintenance; Participer à la rédaction des procédures de maintenance; S’assurer que les indicateurs de performance du département sont capturés et préparés; Représenter le site de LaSalle au sein du comité de partage des bonnes pratiques planification; Créer et suivre les bons de travail du département; Préparer les documents et pièces nécessaires aux interventions (dossiers d’équipements, fiches d’intervention); Toutes autres tâches en lien avec l’emploi pourront être demandées. Exigences minimales Diplôme d'études postsecondaires, de préférence un diplôme en technologie de l'ingénierie ou une formation dans un métier technique; Minimum de 3 années d'expérience comme planificateur de maintenance dans un environnement manufacturier; Très bonne connaissance pratique du logiciel SAP Maintenance; Expérience dans un environnement de travail syndiqué (atout); Expérience avec les processus d’amélioration continue; Maîtrise des programmes Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Bonnes connaissances et aptitudes en électricité, en mécanique, en procédé et en bâtiment dans une entreprise manufacturière; Connaissance en pétrochimie (atout); Capacité à fournir une vue globale de la planification à nos clients internes et à entrevoir les enjeux et/ou futurs problématiques; Proactif, travail d’équipe, agit de façon entrepreneuriale, attentif aux détails, orienté client et orienté plancher (usine); Conditions de travail Le poste nécessite de passer beaucoup de temps sur le plancher de l'usine. This role requires an understanding of all aspects of site responsibilities (safety, plant operation, distribution, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer communications) with a specific focus on leadership, operating skills, project management and execution. Travel will be ~20% and regional (within 2hr driving distance). Key Job Responsibilities: Lead a team of Operations & Distribution Supervisors, Onsite Gas Plant Supervisors, Operations Technicians, Vehicle Mechanics, and Drivers to develop site talent through coaching, training, and progression boards. Dedication to safety, including Basic Safety Process (BSP) compliance, process safety management, and implementation of EHS policies. Promotion and support of customer relations through effective communication. Overall management of product distribution activities, including driver supervisor, drivers, and vehicle mechanics. Function in a leadership role during major planned maintenance shutdowns. Solving plant process or mechanical problems, coordinating maintenance activities, driving plant efficiency and plant projects. 24/7 on-call responsibilities for response to plant alarms and shutdowns. Identifying maintenance concerns and implementing corrective/preventive measures while working within planned maintenance budgets. Working and communicating regularly and effectively with plant support groups including engineering teams, asset manager, maintenance manager, logistics, and other central teams. Required Skills / Abilities: Solid understanding of industrial plant equipment such as pressure systems, rotating machinery, instrumentation, analytical and electrical systems. Experience using the MS Office suite such as Word and Excel are essential. A working knowledge of SAP is advantageous. Experience in estimating projected spend/ cost estimates for forecasting purposes. Experience, knowledge and initiative of leading major planned shutdowns.
