Perform routine maintenance via work orders for residents as well as maintenance on community spaces. Handling emergency building issues with all systems, apartments, community areas and outside spaces. Prepare facilities for changing weather conditions. Works with safety in mind at all times: Assure that established infection control and universal precaution practices are maintained when performing duties. Report all hazardous conditions or equipment to supervisor. Follow established fire safety policies and procedures. Assures that assigned work areas are maintained in a clean, safe, comfortable and attractive manner. Keep work/assignment areas free of hazardous objects such as unnecessary equipment, supplies, etc. On a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis, maintain the cleanliness of all areas of the community, inside or outside, as indicated on schedules prepared by the Director of Plant Operations. Snow removal & lawn maintenance. Maintain confidentiality of resident and tenant information Environmental Service Technician DEPARTMENT: Trier Woods Maintenance $17.00-$22.00/hr Full Time Monday- Friday, occasional weekends This position reports directly to, and takes daily direction from, the Director of Plant Operations in order to maintain the appearance, safety and workability of all aspects of the community.
