Professional - Senior Analyst (Compliance, Distribution) 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Job Description Apex Systems is currently hiring for a Senior Analyst, Distribution Compliance with a global hospitality client in the Dallas, TX area! This role will support the team responsible for booking channel management and negotiations, booking channel optimization and operations, and services including payment and transaction settlement for online and digital third‑party channels driving business to hotels globally. Position Title: Senior Analyst, Distribution Compliance Location: Hybrid (Dallas) 3 days/week on site (IDEAL) or Remote Contract Duration: 6 months Pay: $37-$42/hr. On the Global Distribution team reporting to Senior Manager, Distribution Compliance, you will be responsible for analyzing and supporting the revenue management and distribution strategy of business initiatives, performing rate parity root cause analysis, maintaining standards for rate plans, rates, product sequencing, and other related processes supported by various teams, analyzing the quality of all major functions performed by the team, and implementing corrective action when necessary. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and execute business processes to support the department Coordinate with other internal teams to craft strategies and achieve breakthroughs that support the wider Commercial Services objectives Perform rate parity root cause analysis and quality checks Support other functions when demand is high by sharing the workload regardless of your core team responsibilities. Create and communicate hotel‑level compliance guides, initiatives, and training material Analyze results of various product distribution and rate monitoring initiatives Craft and deliver hotel‑level compliance solicitations and corrective action processes Collaboration Collaborate with partners, internal and external stakeholders on technology enhancements, shopping requests, and performance tracking mechanisms Collaborate with external vendors to document bugs and enhancement requests and follow project management methodologies to resolve identified system/application issues or limitations Work with other Corporate teams on special project/program requests that impact CRS, GDS, and OTA distribution channels Projects Identify and implement efficiencies using automation or streamlining that save time and money or generate additional revenues Manage process‑improvement projects to increase execution efficiency with both internal and external stakeholders Qualifications You have these minimum qualifications: 2-4 years of professional experience Quantitative and qualitative analytics skills and reasoning to creatively identify the strengths/weaknesses of alternative and differentiated solutions, conclusions or approaches to hard problems Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications It would be useful if you have: Bachelor's Degree 4-5 years of professional experience. Experience working in a hospitality or online environment Experience with Smartsheets, SQL, and Google Docs Intermediate knowledge of hotel rate distribution and parity landscape.
