Job Description Zekelman Industries, Inc, is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Sharon Tube Division . This position is responsible for assisting with customer needs effectively and efficiently by providing complete customer service from the point of inquiry through shipment and invoicing. The position will build relationships in an effort to get the first call and last look--establishing a position as front-line customer advocate. The position will manage their desk independently and will be expected to be an expert for their own assigned customers. This position will be located at the Church Street Facility and report to the Customer Service Manager. Responsibilities: Responds to emails and telephone calls from customers and commercial outside representation in a professional and timely manner Provides full and accurate information to customers to help them submit inquiries, purchase orders, requests for order status or documentation Enters data for quotes and sales orders in Axis platform. Accurately provides pricing on both via all sources as determined by Managers Utilizes SAP for sales order acknowledgements, invoices, and customer related details; uses BI Analysis for reporting purposes May work with OEM and Service Center Customers who submit orders via EDI or require forecasts and orders be accessed via the customer’s online portal Monitors and updates order backlog weekly. Provides order status to customers by request Completes price change requests as directed by Managers Expedites sales orders when necessary and provides customers with timely updates Follows/tracks orders through production and shipping as necessary Resolves customer service problems, interfacing with necessary departments and personnel Steps in to cover other teammate’s responsibilities during absences Will be trained on STC’s Quality Management System (QMS) and will receive training as an ISO/IATF internal auditor All other duties as assigned Qualifiactions: An associate or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred 2-5 years’ experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or related fields preferred Ability to successfully multi-task/prioritize projects in fast-paced environment. Clinical Medical Physicist - (Casual)

About UPMC: The UPMC Hillman Cancer Center network is one of the largest integrated cancer networks in the United States with more than 60 locations throughout Pennsylvania including 24 radiation oncology centers in the United States, and five centers in Europe. With our team of dedicated clinicians and medical physicists, standardized processes, state-of-the-art equipment, and an integrated IT platform, the UPMC network is a national leader in scaling world class care to radiation oncology patients close to their homes. Position Description: A Casual Clinical Medical Physicist position is immediately available for an experienced clinical medical physicist at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center located at 2200 Memorial Drive, Farrell, PA, and at another regional facility in the area. These centers are two of 24 Cancer Centers of UPMC Hillman Cancer Center network and its medical physics operations are supported by the Medical Physics Division of the Department of Radiation Oncology, UPMC Hillman Cancer Center. The centers are ACRO accredited, equipped with Varian Clinac iX with on-board kV imaging, cone-beam CT, Rapid Arc and gated RapidArc delivery capabilities. Eclipse RTP with Aria R&V system is used for treatment planning and record and verification. A new TrueBeam with SRS/SBRT capabilities is being installed at the center at Memorial Drive. The physicist will be working very closely with another physicist at both facilities to provide clinical physics support. Primary responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to regular quality assurance testing and dosimetry calibration of radiation therapy equipment; dosimetry and clinical implementation of intensity modulated radiation therapy, SBRT, implementation of 4D CT and gated radiation therapy, and prostate seed implant procedure. The Medical Physics Division’s goal has been to expand its strong clinical program in physics with emphasis on SBRT, VMAT, IMRT, IGRT with CBCT/OBI, 4D CT and organ motion management. Successful candidate should have demonstrated clinical skills in these areas and is expected to function independently with excellent oral and written communication skills. The physicist in this position will join a team of 40+ medical physicists across the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center network and will be supported by Medical Physics Division leadership. The physicist in this position will have many opportunities to collaborate and advance the Medical Physics Division’s goal of expanding its strong clinical physics program with emphasis on both its academic mission and community-based cancer care. Responsibilities: Provide interpretation/consultation to the Radiation Oncologist on basis of in-vivo dosimetry. Obtain and disseminate information pertaining to current practices within the field of Radiation Oncology Physics. Collaborate with other UPCI Physicists in Radiation Therapy related research in the Division of Medical Physics. Manage the in-vivo dose measurement and use of measuring devices for verification of dose delivery to patients. Assist in the clinical practice of Radiation Oncology Physics and dosimetry. Direct the design, fabrication, and measurement of treatment beam modifiers and treatment aids. Perform acceptance testing and commissioning of all treatment-related equipment. Provide consultation to the Radiation Oncologist on the physical and radiobiological aspect of treatment. Maintain a comprehensive quality assurance program that ensures patients are provided tumor localization, radiation treatment, and dose distributions as prescribed. Manage the systematic measurement, documentation, and assurance of the physical aspects of all radiation sources/devices used in Radiation Oncology. Manage the development of treatment plans, acquisition and storage of data for treatment plans, calculation of dose distributions and machine settings for treatment delivery. Translate the desired treatment plan into a set of instructions for radiation therapists to execute. Develop and document performance specifications, testing, tolerances, and frequency of testing for all therapy equipment. Required-M.S. or Ph.D. Degree in Physics or Medical Physics.
