Joshua Tree Experts is seeking an Account Manager to join our central sales support team. This is a high-impact role responsible for serving as the sales engine for our field Sales Arborists, converting qualified inbound leads into accurate, profitable service proposals, and booking appointments. The ISR team is critical to driving JTE's revenue goals and maintaining the efficiency of our service scheduling. Core Responsibilities: Conversion & Technical Proposal Generation Lead Conversion: Manage all inbound leads, inquiries, and warm transfers from the Client Services team (Contact Center). Qualify customer needs and convert inquiries into booked consultation appointments or direct service proposals. Outbound Sales & Lead Generation: Responsibilities include strategic outbound calling campaigns targeting specific territories or lapsed clients and proactive lead generation initiatives. Customer Education: Serve as a subject matter expert on JTE's core service offerings, educating potential clients on the value of our programs and addressing technical questions related to tree and lawn health. Technical Proposal Generation: Utilize SingleOps CRM and other proprietary tools to accurately measure client properties (lawns, shrubs, trees) and build precise, profitable proposals for routine services (Lawn Care, Pest Control, basic Plant Health Care). Sales Execution: Follow up with existing proposal pipelines to maximize acceptance rates and secure client commitment for service commencement. Scheduling and Hand-off: Coordinate directly with the Operations and Scheduling teams to ensure seamless hand-off of closed deals and booked assessment appointments for field Account Managers, maintaining data integrity in the CRM. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 2+ years of successful inside sales, client service, or direct sales experience, preferably in the home services, field service, or recurring service industry (e.g., HVAC, landscaping, pest control). Technical Acumen: Proven ability to learn and quickly master complex software tools (like CRM systems) for estimating and proposal generation. Experience with field service management software is highly beneficial. Communication & Drive: Exceptional phone presence and persuasive communication skills, coupled with a high degree of self-motivation and goal orientation. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail for accurately calculating measurements and ensuring pricing integrity across all proposals. The Impact You Will Make You are the first voice of the sales process, transforming interest into revenue. Your ability to quickly and accurately generate proposals is essential to maintaining the high closing rate and efficiency of the entire Joshua Tree Experts franchise system. This role is a full-time, nearly year-round position, with an expected seasonal off period between November-December as one service production season ends prior to the next production season beginning early that next year. Beyond the base salary , there is a potential for an additional $17,500 commissions after $350k in new service sales in first year. Increases with additional service sales milestones. Other available bonuses, with annual recurring revenue commission increase building annually into the future.

Key Job Responsibilities Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan. Plans the repair work that is necessary and prepares cost estimates for customers. Uses various tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers to repair sections of a vehicle. Hammers out dents, dimples, and other minor body damage if possible; mixes and applies filler resins to repair dents when other methods are not feasible. Realigns car chassis and frames to repair structural damage. Removes damaged sections of vehicles and replaces them with new or aftermarket parts. Replaces or repairs glass and windshields as needed. Replaces or repairs interior parts as needed. Welds and otherwise attaches or fits parts into place and prepares and repaints vehicles with factory-specified paint or agreed-upon equivalent. Attempts to complete work orders within labor time guidelines. Ensures all work has been executed correctly by inspecting vehicles after repair. Performs other related duties as assigned. Education and/or Experience Required High school diploma or equivalent required. Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer. Required Skills/Abilities Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision. Ability to work with other repairers within an auto body shop. Thorough understanding of methods and procedures to repair vehicle bodies. Thorough understanding of how to use tools required for the trade. Other Requirements Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times. Must be able to visually inspect vehicle damage in a variety of weather conditions. Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections.
