Conduct consultations and psychological assessments to manage and stabilize emergent situations, providing crisis intervention when necessary. Provide education, supervision, and guidance to behavioral health staff as needed, and participate in professional development, including meetings and trainings directed by company or facility administration. Adhere to professional ethical standards, state licensure requirements, and local regulations regarding mental health care. Foster a professional environment and support the seamless delivery of psychological services to patients. Perform other duties as assigned to support the clinical team and patient care.
