Responsibilities: About the Fitness Trainer Role: As a Fitness Trainer, you will operate the Planet Fitness group fitness program (PE@PF). These responsibilities include: Creating a class schedule for members. This includes Orientation and DYOP (Develop your own program). Proactively engage with members on the club floor regarding their fitness goals; instruct them on how to safely use the equipment and provide support as needed. Help to promote our Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor, offering assistance and showing support in their fitness journeys while upholding club policies. Frequently perform a comprehensive walk of all fitness areas to ensure a great member experience. Quickly address issues as they are identified. Perform prospective member calls and tours; assessing their membership needs and offering Trainer services. Daily responsibilities of the Fitness Trainer may also include: Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assisting them with any questions or concerns as they check in. Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with their inquiries. Regular, consistent cleaning and sanitizing of all exercise equipment and Black Card spa amenities. This includes communal spaces as well as your assigned area. Ensuring restrooms are clean and sanitized, stocked and clutter free by following the routine cleaning schedule. Qualifications: About Your Qualifications: 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness) Nationally Certified Training Certificate required. Basic computer proficiency Physical Demands of the Fitness Trainer role: Continual standing and moving throughout the club to accomplish tasks during shift. Continual communicating in person or on the phone to exchange information during shift. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds. Will encounter toxic chemicals during shift. OVERVIEW: The Administrative Assistant/Titling Specialist provides clerical and administrative support and is responsible for providing customers a service which includes the vessel/trailer registration and warranty registration of their new purchase. They will also maintain product files on all inventory and offer support in various areas within the company including Products and Sales. KEY TASKS: Assist with receptionist area. Answer telephone and gives information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals Accurately complete the entire title work process on all new and used vessels and other purchases in a timely fashion. Maintain all customer deal files Handle calls to and from customers, tag offices and federal offices concerning title related issues. Complete supplier warranty transfer forms on used vessels. Maintain Boat, Motor, and Trailer inventory files for store. Complete paperwork for boat transfers between stores, change location, and correct pricing. Enter trades, brokerage, loose motors and trailers into system. Respond to all requests for deal or BMT files. Keep organized system of tracking file transfers. Provide assistance at boat shows and other off-site promotional events. General office duties including copying, collating, faxing, and filing. Represent MarineMax when communicating with persons outside the company. Always presents a good impression of the company. Establish and maintain relationships with fellow MarineMax team members as well as customers, vendors and other outside persons. Efficiently respond in an effective manner to a variety of demands and projects Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills Meet established deadlines.
