DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SERVICE DELIVERY COACH: include the following. Daily travel to the Middle Peninsula Regional Security Center, Greater Peninsula counties, and Newport News and Hampton. Conduct home visits and other meetings scheduled for enrolled customers on caseload. Teach job readiness skills and other basic skills to pre and post release customers. Facilitate individual and peer group meetings monthly. Development individual and development plans for all pre and post-release customers. Provide direct transportation services to individuals on caseload. Provide supportive services, counseling, and coaching to individuals enrolled in PH3 program and their families.
