Unit Overview: Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit , where you will provide care for a diverse and complex patient population including: Post-operative care for craniotomies, bleed evacuations, AVMs, and tumor resections Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries Patients with hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program A high volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients, along with medical overflow cases Being part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII) gives you exposure to the latest neurosurgical techniques and cutting-edge care. What You'll Do: Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care using the nursing process Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care Utilize clinical judgment, skilled communication, and critical thinking to support optimal outcomes Contribute to a positive patient experience across the care continuum Why Join Us?
