Description FUNCTION The Cashier is responsible to interact with customers as they enter and leave the retail store. The primary function of the Cashier is to provide excellent customer service. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS A. The Cashier reports directly to the Store Manager. B. The Cashier has no direct supervisory authority. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES A. Greet customers as they enter the retail store, assisting with customer service questions. B. Answer incoming telephone calls and handle appropriately. C. Handle customer transactions utilizing KCX cash register system. D. Responsible for accurate cash handling. E. Price store merchandise as requested by store management. F. Stock merchandise on shelves as requested by store management. G. Responsible for handling customer returns. OTHER DUTIES A. Other duties as assigned. MENTAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS A. Excellent customer service skills required. B. Frequent lifting up to 25 pounds. C. Long periods of standing. D. Frequent bending and twisting. EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE A. High School Diploma or GED preferred. WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS A. Retail store environment. B. Cold and warm conditions. C. Irregular work schedule. Homemaker/Home Health Aide Plan of Care. Assists the Administrator/Clinical Manager in developing and implementing a realistic, goal-oriented Plan of Care. Complies with infection prevention and control policies and procedures. Honors client rights by demonstrating respect for the client, his or her privacy, and his or her property. Demonstrates competency with assigned tasks. Observes and records the client’s care, symptoms, emotional and physical status. Recognizes basic elements of body functioning and changes in body function that must be reported to supervisor. Recognizes and reports changes in skin condition. Recognizes emergencies and the knowledge of instituting emergency procedures and their applications. Performs light housekeeping duties according to written Plan of Care. Maintains a clean, safe, and healthy environment for the client. Reports pertinent observations and significant changes in client’s condition to the Administrator/Clinical Manager promptly. Participates in client care conferences as directed. Maintains current and accurate client records, documenting care or services furnished. Submits all documentation to office according to dictated time constraints. Follows the Agency’s Documentation of Services policy. Responsible for monitoring for and reporting any suspected abuse to the supervisor immediately. Participate in Agency QAPI program as instructed by Administrator/Clinical Manager. Performs other duties as assigned. What’s required? Certified Nursing Certification Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver’s license and proof of auto liability insurance coverage BLS certification required but may be obtained after hire COVID-19 vaccine compliance Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds Who we are looking for?
