This is an interim non-exempt position until the trainee has received certification of program completion and been placed into a branch. Successful completion of the Branch Manager Readiness program is a pre-requisite to transition into a non-exempt Associate Branch Manager (ABM) or exempt Branch Manager (BM) role. Employees who are not currently in an ABM or BM role at the time of hire will participate in the Branch Manager Readiness program.
