Job Description Job Description Description: Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our milk manufacturing facility, employees, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate will monitor premises, enforce safety protocols, and respond to incidents in a professional and timely manner. Key Responsibilities: Monitor facility entrances and exits to control access and ensure only authorized personnel and vehicles enter. Conduct routine patrols of the premises, including the production area, storage rooms, loading docks, and perimeter. Enforce safety and security protocols , including employee ID checks, visitor logs, and contractor verification. Inspect and secure doors, windows, gates, and equipment to prevent unauthorized access or tampering. Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies , including fire, medical incidents, or security breaches. Maintain detailed incident reports and daily activity logs, documenting observations and actions taken. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary. Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV, access control systems) for suspicious activity or policy violations. Support plant operations by ensuring a secure environment during production and transportation of dairy products. Assist in ensuring compliance with company safety standards, food safety protocols (e.g., GMP), and regulatory requirements. Working Conditions: Exposure to a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. Occasional outdoor patrols and work in inclement weather. Physically fit and able to walk/stand for extended periods. Basic computer and report-writing skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
