Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field. Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and Service Catalog . Expertise in building and managing Scripted REST APIs for external system integrations. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Application Development, including creating and maintaining custom applications. Experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow development, using tools like Git is a plus. Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide Scripting, and API Development. Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with ServiceNow development tools, including Studio, Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Virtual Agent. Working experience with Agile application development practices. Certified in ServiceNow system administration and/or application development (CSA, CAD).
